In the past few weeks I have encountered horrible customer service. I think customer service is one of the most important things for the company and its brand image. One case three weeks ago left me speechless and I decided I would never again shop at that brand. It was when my husband and I went to a furniture store and bought a bed. Since we still hadn鈥檛 moved to our new apartment at that point Kevin Kiermaier Youth Jersey , we said we would pay for the bed straight away but would have it delivered only in three weeks, which they said was okay. We were pleased because the bed was perfect for our new bedroom. I asked him to call his supervisor and sort this thing out, and to call me back at the end of the day.
